Welcome to Enduroco!
This guide will help you get set up and ready to train with your AI endurance coach.
1. Complete Your Profile
Your profile information is the foundation of your training plan.
- Go to:
Profiletab. - Enter: Age, weight, gender, and experience level.
- Why?: The AI uses this data to estimate your zones and recovery needs.
2. Connect Your Devices
To get the most out of Enduroco, connect your fitness trackers and sensors.
- Navigate to:
Connectionsin theSettingsmenu. - Supported: Garmin, Wahoo, Strava, Apple Health.
- Action: Tap “Connect” next to your provider and follow the login prompts.
3. Your First Workout
Once setup is complete, your plan will populate.
- Check the Dashboard for today’s workout.
- Click “Start” to begin recording or sync it to your head unit.

Tip: Ensure your max heart rate is accurate in Settings for the best training experience!
