Enduroco’s AI creates a dynamic training plan tailored to your goals and schedule.

The Dashboard

Your daily hub.

  • Today’s Workout: The main focus for the day.
  • Completion Status: Shows if you’ve done the workout.
  • Upcoming: A sneak peek at tomorrow.

The Calendar

Plan ahead with the Calendar tab.

  • View: Monthly or weekly view of your workouts.
  • Colors:
    • Green: Completed.
    • Grey: Planned.
    • Red: Missed.
  • Adjusting: You can drag and drop workouts to different days if your schedule changes!

Adaptive Planning

If you miss a workout or go harder than planned, the AI adjusts future sessions.

  • Missed a day?: No stress. The plan will re-optimize overnight.
  • Feeling tired?: Report low energy in the post-workout survey, and tomorrow might become a recovery day.

Pro Tip: Keep your availability updated in Settings > Training Schedule so the AI knows when you can train!
